He’ll be positioned at a special spot along the route, making sure to greet every car that passes by. While Santa won’t be available for personal photos, he is excited to see the joy and excitement on the faces of all the little ones as they pass by in their cars.

Be sure to slow down when you approach his spot, so the kids can catch a good glimpse of Santa as he waves from his festive perch. Bring Your Letters to Santa!

To make the experience even more magical, we encourage all children to bring their letters to Santa with them. We have set up a special mailbox just for this purpose, which will deliver letters directly to the North Pole. Encourage your little ones to write their letters ahead of time, sharing their Christmas wishes and dreams with Santa.

Upon arriving at the show, you’ll see the North Pole mailbox situated along the route. Simply pull up, and your child can place their letter directly into Santa’s official mailbox. This tradition is a wonderful way to let your children share their hopes with Santa and feel the excitement of knowing their letters are on their way to the North Pole. Whether it’s a request for that special toy they’ve been dreaming of or a thoughtful note about how good they’ve been this year, each letter will be a cherished part of the holiday magic.

Dropping Off Letters During the Train or Wagon Ride

If you’re planning to join in on the fun through our Train or Wagon Ride, we’ve got a special plan just for you! After enjoying the scenic ride through the twinkling lights and festive displays, your experience isn’t quite over yet. As you exit the ride, you’ll have the chance to drop off your letters to Santa at the North Pole mailbox.

The mailbox will be conveniently placed near the exit path of the Train and Wagon Rides, making it easy for families to stop by. Our friendly staff will be on hand to help guide you to the drop-off point. This way, every child gets a chance to send their special message to Santa, whether they’re riding through in a car, on the train, or in one of our festive wagons.

Parents, be sure to remind your children to prepare their letters before the big night!
